Glorious round cut sapphires and diamonds are bezel set into the face of this 14K white gold wedding band. The face of the band is scalloped, and the sides feature and open scroll cutwork design. The vintage wedding ring measures 6 mm in width. Circa: 1940. Size 6 3/4. We can re-size.
