We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from us so if for ANY reason you are not happy with the item you bought from us we’ll gladly take the return.

We want to make sure you have the best experience possible while shopping with us.

However, the return must meet these conditions:

  1. You must get the item to a shipper within three days of receiving it, properly packaged.
  2. The package must be insured for the full value of the item.
  3. The item must be returned in the condition it was received.
  4. If the piece is a special order it cannot be returned.

If those four conditions are met, then we’ll issue you a full refund except for any shipping/insurance or incidental costs such as resizing a ring.

Since we shred credit card numbers after a purchase, please include a phone number where you can be reached so we can get your credit card number for the refund.

In addition, include an e-mail address where we can send the refund receipt.
