Held in a diamond studded jacket, this 14K white gold ring is set with a lovely marquis cut blue sapphire. Tapered baguette diamonds are set on the shoulders. The vintage ring measures 11.75mm in width including the jacket. Circa: 1950. Size: 4 3/4. We can resize.
