This heart shaped 14K yellow gold vintage charm features a lattice pattern as a backdrop and is set with a ruby, a sapphire and a pearl. The ruby is set in a bow design on the right half of the heart. The charm measures 1 3/8” in height by 1 1/4" in width. Circa: 1950.
