Platinum diamond and sapphire mounting set with 24 round diamonds weighing approximately .30 carat tw. and two marquis shaped sapphires weighing .16 carat tw. Center setting will take a 1.0 to 1.25 carat round diamond. Size 6 3/4. We can re-size.
