This elegant 14K yellow gold vintage wedding band features a trio of engraved star mountings each set with a dazzling round cut diamond. The edges of the Retro Modern wedding ring is adorned with a string of engraved milgrain decoration. The wedding band measures 6.80 mm in width. Circa: 1945. Size 7. We cannot re-size.
