This unusual antique cameo ring is crafted of 14K yellow gold. The cameo is carved with the bust of a female profile wearing a diaphonous draped shawl ornamented with a large central flower. The rectangular cut cameo is set into a separate frame that is attached to the mounting with pins on top and bottom enabling the face to swivel. The face of the ring will flip to a second design featuring black onyx. The onyx is decorated with a white gold diamond decoration set with a single fine faceted diamond. This exceptional ring measures 20.07 mm in width. Circa: 1920. Size 7 1/4. We can re-size. $450.00
